We repair and replace flat roofs on commercial, condo and multi-family buildings, mostly in torch-on (SBS), with TPO and EPDM where they fit better. Repairs run $350 to $2,500. Replacements usually come in at $10 to $20 a square foot, with a 10-year workmanship warranty.
